Seasonal Weather

Chapman Woods - Pasadena in the Fall

Walk through Chapman Woods from September - December! Weather in the Northern Hemisphere is an ideal experience for any life style! This time of year energizes family love in the air. From getting the day off to recognize Labor Day in September to celebrating Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year's Eve in December- this season is the jolliest. Fall in Pasadena figuratively sets the tone for the holiday season. Think about it, we have a perfect blend of sunshine that's not to over powering because summer just ended- represented by September. The breeze of wind offers fresh tranquility on an early weekend morning- brought by October. For me, rain and clouds create an instant urge to travel home, enjoy a cup of hot coco and recline back on my couch while watching a movie! Hot coco and being home with family is a peaceful time surfaced by November and December. Chapman Woods is pure solitude in my mind as a family man and as a homeowner.

Temperature Highs and Lows. September is the month where you can wake up and put on a comfortable outfit and take a nature trip to Eaton Canyon, a natural breath taking Pasadena sight where you can enjoy walk trails and waterfalls. Daily temperatures range from 70's to high 80's and night's drop to the 60's. October is a scattered month, this year we experienced some days where we hit 90 degrees - the rest of the month offered us mid 80's and high 70's. It's a time where mother nature invests expressing a little piece of the cold side of what's to come from the next months. November reminds me to bring a coat to work every morning. At night you can experience low 40's that last until early in the day. December is the coolest month and the 31dates observed are anticipated to be in the high 60's to the low 30's. Number's show that December is a chilly month but to have radiant hues all year around is worth the compromise - especially when I can enjoy hot coco!

Living here in Chapman Woods has given me a lot to appreciate about my neighborhood. This neighborhood's gorgeous landscapes and immense cascading tree's are memorable- now mix in vibrant color's of the fall and the décor becomes priceless.  If you would like to know more information about Pasadena neighborhoods contact The Dave Knight Real Estate Team today.
